Our MULINK Remotely yours support plan is designed for businesses that need unlimited IT Remote and phone support. This plan is very similar to our Peace of Mind plan; the only difference being that you do not get any onsite hours included in the package.
You will still have all the advantages that come with MULINK Peace of Mind plan such as proactive maintenance of your IT Infrastructure, monitoring for servers , antivirus and windows updates, day to day operations, security etc. but all these tasks will be accomplished remotely.
We have invested in state-of-the-art remote control software which will allow us to resolve 90% of the issues by logging in to your PC/Servers.
Ofcourse, if something breaks that requires our attendance, we will give you priority over our adhoc customers but an onsite visit will incur a fee which will not be covered in this plan.
The cost of this plan will depend on the amount of devices in the network that you would like support for. Because of this very nature, this plan allows businesses to scale acording to their needs.
